ATTILUS - RUSSIAN CAVIAR
ROYAL OSCIETRA CAVIAR
Royal Oscietra Caviar, extracted from the Russian sturgeon (acipenser gueldenstadtii), is renowned for its excellent egg quality, this fine-grained caviar has a nutty flavour with a mellow aftertaste that lingers on the palate. Grain colours range from dark olive green to golden brown tones.
ROYAL SIBERIAN CAVIAR
Royal Siberian Caviar, extracted from the Siberian sturgeon (acipenser baerii), is a fine-grained caviar recognised for its highly aromatic and elegant spicy flavour. The flavour is silky, pure and refreshing, with an aftertaste that is fine and clear. Grain colours range from black/grey all the way to black/brown tones.
